Pandian Saraswathi Yadav Engineering College was started in the year 2000 by a successful NRI entrepreneur 'Hind Rattan' Malaysia S. Pandian, the Chairman, PSYEC with a vision to educate more rural students in the field of engineering and technology in order to pave the way for industrial prosperity and socio - economic development of the country.
PSYEC is located on Madurai - Sivagangai state Highway, 27th km from Madurai which is known as "Athens city" of India. The campus is spread over 60+ acres of land and in serene atmosphere free from pollution and it is highly conducive for studies. Council for Media and Satellite Broadcasting has awarded the BEST COLLEGE OF YEAR 2014 to Pandian Saraswathi Yadav Engineering College in recognition for promoting entrepreneurship among the students and transforming some of their students as entrepreneurs.

I completed my B.E degree in ECE from our college in the year 2004, the very first batch to come out of PSYEC.I am the founder and president of the organisation "Indians in Denmark" which is mainly concerned about networking and social services among the Indian fraternity in this country. We celebrate all the Indian festivals together to develop a oneness and rapport among the Indian contingent living here. Recently I have started a south Indian restaurant here, which is a huge success among both the Indian and Foreign people in Denmark. I am privileged to credit a part of my success to my institution that has molded me into what i am today"
